Yoga Teaching Schedule for Cara:

MISSION:  It is my desire to empower you  so then you  can practice safely at home and in a larger studios/gym classes.  I offer students of all levels of experience the opportunity for a personalized  yoga experience.  You can join me at a public class,  a private or a group class and receive skillful instructions just for you.  It is my intention to create a welcoming community with a non-judging atmosphere to nurture your experience as you explore poses, gain a deeper understanding of alignment and progress faster in your yoga.

I offer yoga in small, personalized classes where students can ask questions, discover and discuss. We are all unique –   body shape, injuries, what we feel, and  how we learn.  I teach yoga to each individual, meeting them at their level.  Students will receive individual instruction so they can move safely, learn the reason behind alignment, and deeply comprehend the poses.

 

 

Peaceful Balance Yoga & Wellness  (max 10 students)
This studio has the perfect environment for smaller group or individuals who wish to learn yoga and meditation.   Cara is skilled in  therapeutic yoga to help with a pre or post surgery, help with a bad back or perhaps you are  desiring to learn the basic poses before hitting a larger yoga studio.  Cara has been practicing and studying meditation for over a decade.  She is excited to teach different styles and methods to help quiet the mind.
